WHAT WE DO
Located in the heart of downtown Inverness, Saltwater is rooted in providing food sourced from local farms & other food sources.
We currently offer a combination of lunch service, pop-ups, & private events — both at the restaurant and offsite events.
Our lunch service hours will be available on our homepage. While we try to maintain a steady schedule, it is effected by private events & pop-ups. Please be patient with us in this next phase of our restaurant.

Deep dive into conviviality, celebrate family, friends and the good things in life in our private dining area (seats 22) or book out the entire restaurant (60 capacity). We cater for private celebrations as well as NGO or corporate functions. Celebrate with us and let us take care of the details.

We will tailor our traveling oyster bar to your event.
Starting at $1500
Available within a 50 mile radius of Inverness, CA on all days excepting Canada Day (July 1) and Luc’s (the owner aka head sweeper) birthday (June 29).
