Slow Food Benefit

Delightful, Daring + Delicious

A summer benefit to support Slow Food Marin

July 23rd

6 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Chef Ryan will create a menu using local ingredients from suppliers such as:  Chris Starbird and Drakes Bay (oysters), Devils Gulch, Marin Sun, True Grass (rabbit, beef and pork), Table Top farm, County Line harvest, Coastal Hill, Pt Reyes Cheese, and Marin Organic suppliers for produce.

The benefit will support the Marin-Petaluma chapter of Slow Food, the international organization dedicated to a good, clean and fair food system. Slow Food Marin-Petaluma is part of a growing national and international movement dedicated to honoring local producers and making good, clean and fair food a reality for all. Members enjoy coming together to share the everyday joys of food and to promote caring for the land and protecting biodiversity for today’s communities and future generations.
